Our brassica flowers are a favourite of The Meadow dogs. They offer a stunning vibrant yellow, with a flavour reminiscent of roasted broccoli. They can be kept on the stem for a decorative touch, or the flowers can be easily removed and sprinkled over meals to add a burst of flavour and colour.
